Logos

Within the Govstack platform's 'Design' node and under the 'Logo' tab, you can update the logo for your organization or website. You can also update your favicon - the small icon that identifies your website on browser tabs and favourite lists.

Add a website logo

Follow these steps to add the logo for your website: 

  1. Navigate to the 'Design' node in the Govstack back office
  2. Select the design style that is currently in use for your website
  3. Select the 'Logo' tab
  4. Select the '+' image box beside the 'Website logo' field
  5. In the 'Select media' slide-out panel, search for your chosen logo from the Media folder. You must upload the logo in your Media folder beforehand
  6. Click 'Select' to add the logo
  7. You can choose to edit the image by selecting the pencil icon that appears when you hover over the image. You can edit the image's ratio, width and height (crop) and alternate text. Select 'Save and close' when you are done editing
  8. If you would like to delete your selected logo, select the 'X' icon that appears when you hover over the logo
  9. Select 'Save and publish' when you are finished

Add a favicon

To add a favicon, follow these instructions:

  1. Navigate to the 'Design' node in the Govstack back office
  2. Select the design style that is currently in use for your website
  3. Select the 'Logo' tab
  4. Select the '+' image box beside 'Favicon' 
  5. In the 'Select media' slide-out panel, search for your chosen image from the Media folder. You must upload the image to your Media folder beforehand
  6. To choose the image, click 'Select'
  7. You can choose to edit your image by selecting the pencil icon that appears when you hover over your selected image. You can edit the image's ratio, width and height (crop) and alternate text. Select 'Save and close' when you are done editing
  8. If you would like to delete your selected image, select the 'X' icon that appears when you hover over the image
  9. Select 'Save and publish' when you are finished
