News Settings

In the 'Item text position' field, choose how you would like your news posts to appear in your listing. You can choose if the text:

• Displays below an image
• Displays above an image
• Overlays on top of an image
• Displays to the left of an image
• Displays to the right of an image

Select if you would like to add a background colour to your News page by clicking the 'Add background colour' toggle. Then choose from the available background colours listed below the toggle.

You can choose how many news posts you would like to appear in a single row on your news listing page. There are a variety of display options available, from one item per row to eight items per row.

You may want to test out a variety of options to see which one you like the best.

Choose the size you would like for headings and secondary headings in your news posts. You can choose between the small, medium or large font sizes.

Choose how you would like your news post's preview text to appear in your listing:

• Left-aligned
• Centred
• Right-aligned

We recommend choose the left text alignment to make it easier for users to read.

Select the toggle to 'Yes' if you would like to remove the spacing between news items.

Select the toggle to 'Yes' if you would like to hide the images associated with the news posts in the listing.

Select the image style you would like for your news posts in your listing. You can choose from the following rations:

• Original image style
• 1:1 Square image
• 1:1 Circle image
• 2:1 
• 1:2
• 3:1
• 1:3
• 3:2
• 2:3
• 4:1
• 1:4
• 4:3
• 3:4
• 16:9
• 9:16
• 16:10
• 10:16

Ratios are listed with the width first, followed by the height.

Choose how many news posts you would like to appear on each page of your News listing.

You can select a single default author to be applied to all news posts in your listing.

• Display authors alongside your news post listings
• Display a post's categories alongside its listing
• Display a post's publishing dates alongside its listing
