Media Manager

Govstack's Media Manager module is an add-on that allows you to build a database of documents or media pages that can be displayed to the public using a searchable table or tile based interface.

You can see an interactive example of the media manger listing on our demonstration website.

Each document or media page can include any number of customizable data fields to help catalogue and clarify its purpose and context. These can include:

  • Text fields - Document name, version numbers, author, and by-law number
  • Text area fields - Summaries, abstracts, descriptions, and comments
  • Date fields - Submission dates, expiration dates, and adoption dates
  • Dates with time fields - Meeting dates and deadlines
  • Link fields - Links to other pages or documents (Repealed by, amended by, contacts, or additional references)
