Notice of Govstack Forms v2.5.3 Hotfix Release

We are scheduling a hotfix release to further improve Forms to meet our standards. We have scheduled this hotfix release for Thursday, November 23, 2023.

This release will see updates to the workflow and visual display of forms.

Release window: Thursday, November 23, 2023 from 10:00 PM EST to 2:00 AM EST

Details: During this scheduled maintenance, there will be a period of 5-10 minutes in which all Forms services will be unavailable. We recommend saving all work prior to the release window.

Key improvements

This release will see the following updates:

• We've made improvements to the workflow process. Workflow emails will now send to the correct recipients every time
• We've made updates to the visual display of your forms. Dropdowns, radio buttons and checkbox labels will display correctly without overlapping
• Placeholder text will now act as expected
• Improvements have been made to the speed on some API calls to Forms
