Custom Logo, Images and Colours

If you would like to update or edit the colours, logos and images in Citizen Portal, you need to navigate to the general settings under the "Settings" tab.

Custom logos and images

You can easily update the logos that appear within your portal through the general settings tab. Logos need to be .svg files. For other images, we support .jpeg, .png or .webp formats. All logos and images must be less than 2 MB.

Create an SVG file

Logo: Image

To change a logo image in Citizen Portal, navigate to the general settings and follow these steps:

1. Select “Change logo” beneath “Logo: Image”
2. Select the .svg file you would like to upload
3. Upload and save

Logo: Banner

To change a banner logo in Citizen Portal, navigate to the general settings and follow these steps:

1. Select “Change logo” beneath “Logo: Banner”
2. Select the .svg file you would like to upload
3. Upload and save

Background: Onboarding

To change the background image during user onboarding in Citizen Portal, navigate to the general settings and follow these steps:

1. Select “Change image” beneath “Background: Onboarding”
2. Select the file you would like to upload
3. Upload and save

Please note, you must follow these size requirements for this image:

• Width: 0 to 740px
• Height: 240px

Login: Background screen

To change the background image on the login screen in Citizen Portal, navigate to the general settings and follow these steps:

1. Select “Change image” beneath “Login: Background screen”
2. Select the file you would like to upload
3. Upload and save

Header: Banner

To change a header banner image in Citizen Portal, navigate to the general settings and follow these steps:

1. Under “Header: Banner”, select "Colour if you’d like the banner to be a solid colour or select "Image" if you’d like the banner to be an image
2. If you select “Colour”, input the hex code. If you select “banner”, select “Change Image” and select the file to upload
3. Select “Save” to complete the process

Please note, if you select "image" you must follow these size requirement for the image:

• Width: 1800px
• Height: 140px

Custom colours

You can easily update the colours that appear within your portal through the general settings tab. There are a variety of text boxes that allow you to input hex code for each element in your portal.

To change the colour of a certain element, input the hex code directly into the text box next to the element's name.
